He was born in 1970 in Trabzon, Caykara. Graduated from business school in 1997. He started to work as a Research Faculty in the Photography Department of Marmara University Faculty of Arts and later served as Associate Professor and Assistant Dean.
He completed his graduate studies with his thesis on “The Colorful Dark Room in The Art of Potography” in Marmara University, Faculty of Arts, Department of Photography.
He won awards including five gold medals while he competed in national and international competitions in Spain, Austria, Czech Republic and Slovenia. His photographs were accepted by some museums.
He did cultural travels in different parts of the world. He opened his first individual exhibition, with the theme “Nature” in September 2003, in Taxim Art Gallery. He opened and shared with the photo enthusiasts his second individual exhibition, with the theme “In 10 Years” in May 2004, in PhotoHouse Art Gallery. These exhibitions were presented nationally and internationally a few times. In 2007, he opened his exhibit “Life At Callan School” in the language school he was attending in London. In 2009, again in London, he opened his portrait exhibition “50 Faces From 50 Countries.” Along with his three albums “Nature”, “In Ten Years” and “50 Faces From 50 Countries”, he also has an educational book published.
